Microsoft 365 that matches how you work
Many Duluth and Suwanee businesses use only a small part of what their Microsoft 365 subscription includes, with settings left as they were the day someone first signed up. We set it up properly, then keep it managed as your staff and needs change.
- Exchange Online email with spam and phishing filtering, shared mailboxes for orders, billing or the front desk, and correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC entries so spoofing your domain gets much harder.
- SharePoint and Teams organized around departments, customers or jobs, with permissions you can follow.
- OneDrive for each person's working files, backed up separately.
- Intune device management, so a new laptop sets itself up with the right apps and settings, and a lost phone can be wiped of company data.
- Conditional access that blocks risky sign-ins and turns off older sign-in methods attackers rely on.
- License reviews, because paying for the wrong plan is common in both directions: too much for features nobody uses, or too little to get the security tools you need.
Working in two languages
Microsoft 365 handles Korean well, but a bilingual office should set it up deliberately. Outlook, Word and Teams can each display in Korean or English for each user. Mailbox language settings change default folder names and how meeting invitations appear. Shared documents need fonts that show Hangul correctly on every PC and phone that opens them. Korean file and folder names sync through OneDrive without trouble, as long as the full path stays within Microsoft's length limits. We sort these details out at setup, so your staff don't have to work around them one ticket at a time.
Offices, warehouses and the road
Many Gwinnett businesses split their people between a front office, a warehouse floor and the field. Sales reps and drivers need email, files and business apps on phones and tablets. Warehouse leads may share one device across a shift. Microsoft 365 can support all of this with frontline licenses, shared device setups and app protection on personal phones, but only if it's configured for it. We match the setup and license to each role instead of giving everyone the same thing.
Retiring the server in the back room
Plenty of offices around Gwinnett Place and Satellite Boulevard still have a file server bought for a smaller company in an earlier office. If it fails, work stops. Moving files to SharePoint and sign-ins to Microsoft Entra ID removes that single point of failure. Some software, including certain accounting, ERP and warehouse systems, still needs a server. For those, we compare keeping it on site, moving it to a hosted server or switching to the vendor's cloud edition, and we bring the vendor in before anything moves.
An internet connection you can rely on
Once your files and phones live in the cloud, the internet connection is what keeps you working. Many office parks along I-85 and in Suwanee have a choice of wired providers; some older buildings have fewer options. We check what's available at your address, recommend a main circuit and, if downtime would hurt, a failover link on another carrier or a 5G/LTE router that switches in on its own.
Moving from another system
If you're on Google Workspace, an old Exchange server or email that came with your web host, we plan the move in stages. A few people test first, then everyone else moves after hours. Mail, calendars, contacts and files come across, and staff get a one-page guide in plain language on what changes for them on Monday morning.
Keeping it current
Microsoft changes features and admin settings every month. We track the changes that affect you, watch Secure Score and risky sign-in reports, onboard and offboard people and adjust licenses as your team grows or shrinks. People who start on Monday find their laptop, mailbox, Teams channels and file permissions waiting for them.
Questions about microsoft 365 & cloud
Can some staff use Microsoft 365 in Korean and others in English?
Yes. Display language is set per user and per app, so each person can work in the language they prefer while sharing the same files, mailboxes and Teams.
Our warehouse software runs on a local server. Can we still use the cloud?
Yes. Email, files and devices can move to Microsoft 365 while that system stays on a server. We review it with the vendor and recommend whether to keep, host or replace it.
